Chiang graduated form National College of the Arts, with acting as her major. Her acting works include Scenes of Marriage, Shooting the Sky, Life in the Countryside, Orphan of the World, Son of the Earth, Scenes of Love, If a Traveler, in a Winter Night, and Got to be Hospitalized, the latter two produced by Performance Workshop. She is now teaching in the Drama department at Taipei National University of the Arts.
